Thank you for a wonderful stay,after reading some of the negative views prior to our stay(5 nights over Xmas) we were wonderfully surprised the location was fantastic man size breakfasts copious
amounts of hot water great Tv has USB Wifi would have been good but had connectivity. Look forward to our return visit will defiantly be back one small gripe limited parking maybe do a deal with one of the closer parking stations for a flat rate for guests regards Catherine & Ralph

As others have said, the location is good which makes it easy to walk down to Sullivans Cove, Salamanca and Battery Point as well as to the CBD. The cinema is in the next street which made it easy to duck out and see a movie at night.
It was a little noisy but only for short bursts if there were some late, loud revellers otherwise fine unless you are a very light sleeper.
I appreciated having a kitchenette so that I could prepare some food rather than eat out at every meal. A toaster would be helpful but I guess it may set off the smoke alarms.
The place was clean and in good repair - nice big tv in the room.

I thought the room size was ok - but the bathroom is very small especially the shower. For me as I was solo it was ok but if there is more than one person it gets too wet and is too small - perhaps a couple could just put up with it but if sharing with a friend then I would find this too uncomfortable.

For the price level it does deliver good value.

We stayed here for a week whilst we explored Hobart and the surrounds! Excellent value for money.

The car park is Super tight, so if renting a car opt for a small one!

The location was perfect and allowed us to walk easily around Hobart! Noise was not an issue as noted in other reviews and we were facing the intersection.

Bathroom is tiny, but sufficient.

Overall I would definitely return as the money we saved, we were able to spend on eating out at some of the amazing restaurants Hobart has to offer!

This hotel ticks the boxes for a budget hotel based in Hobart city centre. Good location and provides all the basics. Rooms rather noisy and the two lifts are inadequate and manage to make most guests bad tempered! Parking limited but probably adequate given the city locaton.
