This two storey apartment was very roomy with bedroom and bathroom upstairs and kitchen living area downstairs. The bedroom was huge and had 2 single beds and a queen. The bathroom had a washer, dryer and clothes horse. The kitchen had a full size fridge (Yeah! I got tired of finding bar size fridges in self contained accommodation). Each apartment had a designated parking space. Garry rang on the first night to check all was well and was very helpful with any questions re touristy information. Location was great. We bought a red bus pass and caught it from Cascades Brewery, which is nearby, and this saved parking and paying ,in the CBD.

The family just returned from the trip and we stayed at Apartments on Strickland for 2 nights. The apartment was clean and have everything we need to feel like a home.
Although it is not near town, it is fine so long you drive. Garry was wonderful to call and check that everything is fine with us.

I would highly recommend Apartments on Strickland to anyone considering a place to stay in Hobart.
Few minutes from Hobart, Battery Point and Salamanca

We were pleasantly surprised at the staying rooms and everything was so very very CLEAN !

Everything has been thought about, all the utensils under the sun, DVD's, Magazines, washing machine dryer, the all important electric blankets, microwaves, broom, vacuum everything you can imagine has been included even games for the kids!

Very reasonably priced and comfortable environment. Loved it and would go back there!

Garry & Shelly the owners have the perfect place to stay.
It is spotlessly clean and they have thought of everything, all you need is your food and clothing.
I have never ever stayed at such a lovely place before.
It is at the foot of Mt Wellington and a little out of town, but we didn't mind as there is no traffic noise.
There is a great bus sevice into Hobart if you want to leave the car behind.
