A lovely continental street cafe on East Terrace. We went for Saturday brunch and Sunday breakfast so the road was not busy. Both days were fantastic weather and we sat outside each time watching the world go by.
The place was packed inside and out by locals which is usually a good sign. The food was very good and good value and the location was lovely although being right on East Terrace may be a little noisy during the week. There was a very good selection of food and I don't think I would have trouble eating there every weekend. Also good for gluten free food fo my wife!

ETC is the place I always recommend to anyone travelling to Adelaide as the number 1 breakfast spot in the city. Only open until 3pm, ETC specialises in breakfast and lunch, and they do both very well. My personal favourite is their perfect eggs benedict, but for something lighter try the toasted banana bread served with lemon curd. Their fresh juices go down a treat, but for a real experience try their divine Italian hot chocolate. You can also take home a scrumptious muffin or caramel slice for later. Perfect for anytime of the year (outdoor seating on East Terrace for summer and a cozy feel indoors for winter), ETC is a must do when in Adelaide.

Atmosphere was great. Really good staff and the best food!!! Servings are very very generous. Highly recommend trying their food. Will return.

was recently in Adelaide for WOMAD.... new to town, not sure where to go. this place was on the way to the WOMAD venue, and loved the fact that we could have breakfast at any time up until 3 pm! perfect as our time zones weren't coinciding with Adelaide at the time! very busy place, so obviously very popular with the punters. was impressed with the friendly staff.... service was good and reasonably efficient, given how busy the place always is! we are veggo, and were able to have a lot of options on the menu ( a bit unusual, as we only usually get one or two choices), so that kept us coming back! reasonable coffee, and the fresh juices were great. what's not to like? we'll definitely be back next time we're in Adelaide....
