Good CBD location, small but excellent value restaurant. The hotel is basically excellent rooms and location with few added facilities. If you are planning to be out much of the day, particularly if on foot and public transport, and simply want a good night's rest, this is the place for you.

Starting with the friendly and efficient welcome from the reception staff, our time at this central and comfortable Mantra Hindmarsh Square was good value in every way : the rooms are spacious and well-appointed; the food and service in the restaurant are great; we could walk to the central city shops of Rundle Mall and the Adelaide Arcade; we had a nice outlook over one of Adelaide's green squares. I'll be back

I am a frequent traveller to adelaide on business, usually staying for a week. I have now stayed 40 times at the Mantra in Hindmarsh Square and it is like home for me. The staff know me and treat me with the utmost respect and the service is still as good as it has ever been after 6 years of me staying there. The food at SQ is fantastic and privacy is assured whenever I have entertained guests. The romms are well kept, comfortable and always very clean. The facilities are adequate and nothing too much trouble for the satff if anything out of the ordinary is requested.
I highly recommend this hotel. It is always about the people.

The Mantra on Hindmarsh Square was like 'coming home'.
The apartment rooms were comfortable and spacious - very well fitted out, well stocked fridge
One lovely aspect was the 'specials' each week night in the restaurant- the food was exceptional and great value. The staff went out of their way to make everyone comfortable - even the chef who was cooking breakfast seemed happy to chat to guests in between ensuring their particular food needs were met.
The Mantra is close to all buses and one street back from the Rundle Mall for shopping
We will be back again and again! Jenny
