Nice, but no more. Clean room, not that big. We were in a separate building from the main one. No elevator, rooms on first floor.
On our visit the toilet would flush, but that was solved in the evening after mentioning.
Rooms are renovated and clean. Airco could use a new filter, a lot of dust in the unit visible.

My only real complaint would be that the doors are not soft closing and not well sealed with large gaps below, which means that when someone leaves early or come home late, the door slamming is really disturbing to sleep, unless you are a night owl? The other downside is only a microwave for cooking and detest this method for many reasons. It would be helpful and easy to install an electric 2 pot burner.

Staff were helpful on front desk & gave me lots of tips, including use of free bus & tram around town which I would not have even know about...but it is also easy to get around many places on foot due to location.

The Thai restaurant next door is also a good place to eat too.

My wife and I stayed here in October of 2011. We arrived after dark and were a little afraid because the neighborhood is a little dark. We were quite pleasantly surprised. The rooms, though a little small, are clean and comfy. The ladies working the desk are friendly and very helpful. They even went out of there way to find us a bus to the Barossa Valley.

Just a long block away is a very trendy area with many good restaurants.

If you aren't looking for luxurious 5 star accommodations but are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, clean hotel, this should be your choice in Adelaide.

A great location. Within comfortable walking distance to the fabulous market, restaurants and Rundle Mall. Our room was comfortable with everything you needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Staff were very helpful. You would be hard pushed to find better value for money. Would stay again when we come back to Australia.
