From the U.S., we booked a two-bedroom apartment at La Loft Unley for an expected trip by four of us to Adelaide during the period we were going to be in Australia. Kevin, the assistant manager was especially helpful by email in making arrangements, and assuring us about a lower floor, non-smoking, and offering help as we made our plans. A sudden change in plans after we arrived in Australia caused us to cancel the reservation just 3 days ahead, but within their free cancellation period policy. When we returned to the US two weeks later, we found the charges against our credit card were still outstanding. We contacted La Loft, and Kevin in particular, by email. Kevin responded immediately with an apology and note that the error had been corrected and the charges removed. His service and quick reply were exceptional, and we wish we had been able to fulfill on the reservation to meet and thank him.
