“true paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 February 2012

Most amazing holiday we have ever been on. We enjoyed 5 days of pure bliss and out standing service. The food belongs in a 5 star restraunt and this is refering to every meal of the day. The staff are very welcoming and the service is so personal. All staff really take care of your every need and desire 24 hours a day. The days trips vary and offer a bit of something for everyone; snorkling, swimming, bush walks and amazing locations. On the island aswel there is plenty to do with a well stocked supply of books, magazine and board games plus more physical activites such as kayaking, bush walking and swimming in the bay.
The rooms are spacious and offer a beautiful ocean view at your door step. You even get your own private balcony and hammock to enjoy. We cannot fault the experience on any note and we were quite sad to leave this hidden paradise. We are already planning our next trip back, well fingers crossed it stays up and running.

“Paradise Bay is Paradise and great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 February 2012

WHY is it Paradise and great value? Well.....
It was NOT the food fit for a king
It was NOT the constant care to every detail It was NOT the location on the island
It was NOT waking up with the view from the bungalow
It was NOT the fact there were no kids
It was NOT the warm sea air
It was NOT the warm friendly staff
It was NOT the boat trips out to wonderful beaches
It was NOT the time you have to do NOTHING!
It was NOT the lovely gifts on Pips bed each day
It was NOT absence of everything electronic that has become the "bane of our existence"
It was NOT the evening filled with cocktails, wine and good company
It was NOT...............
So what was it?
IT WAS..... the calculated balance of all of the above
Thanks to all the staff, missing you all as I sit here at my desk trying to work out how I am going to justify the budget to come back next year.
We have to come back as I don't know where we will find another holiday experience quite the same, truly unique.

“Memories we will treasure forever”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 February 2012

We loved the intimacy of Paradise Bay, it is a small resort and the friendliness and the "nothings to much trouble" attitude of the young people running the resort makes you feel very special, from the moment you come to breakfast to the time you go to bed at night they do everything to make your stay memorable. When you come to dinner you are greeted with cocktails and canopies, followed by what could only be described as a 5 star dinner experience, the set menu changes every night and is match to quality wines. You can go sailing on the resorts on yacht to White Haven beach or to some of the other islands in to Whitsundays. We just loved our stay here and hated to leave. When we left they came came and seen us of personally and packed a lunch for us to take with us.

“Paradise Bay truly deserves its name and 5 star ratings”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2012

This is the best holiday we've had in Australia. Apart from being located at one of the most desired places in the world, what really makes this place feel like paradise are the staff. The level of service and care provided is amazing. Every detail is taken care of and you're are treated like royalty.

This escape made us feel extremely happy and relaxed. The hardest part was saying goodbye to the incredible staff and beauty of the place.

It's extremely sad to think that Paradise Bay may close by the end of February 2012. I truly hope this piece of paradise and wonderful staff continue to open its doors for many years to come.

“one for the memories”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

dining is 5 star, canopies, entree, mains and desserts - starting with a homemade cocktail - brilliant!...
then there is the catamaran or Speed boat to take you each day to a different destination - white haven beach, sth mole island, hiking, snorkeling - some great spots with plenty of fish, coral and views.
there are only ten bungalows each very private with bay views, and ensuite and a big comfy bed!
the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble.

oh and the friends you meet whilst doing all this - again brilliant! ...

the other side of the coin it can get a little warm and there are mozzies..

they supply it all , sunscreen, mozzie repellent , moisturizer, fins, snorkels, food and wine ... also kayaking

Room Tip: probably rooms no.5 - 10 have a little more privacy but its all good
