My wife and I flew into Hamilton Island from Newyork for the newyear break. When we arrived at the airport we had been travelling for 27 hours and exhausted. Only to be greeted by Adam and Patrick, 2 very professional staff. Patrick collected our luggages for us whilst Adam was our driver too qualia, giving us a guided tour along the way ( absolutley blown away). We had champagne awaiting us for arrival at the 'long room'. We had a quick personal check in by Tegan and then taken to our amazing room by Adam ( who picked us up from the airport). This service continued our entire stay. Amzing lunch at Pebbles and Tatts by the pool was great.
The Spa was great ( i could live here) the young lady who i am unsure of her name sorry but she was so professional and accomadating. The only down fall about the spa is that it seems the rest of the resort staff didn't know about the products, I spoke to the manager Nick about getting my wife something special but he had no idea and suggested to speak to the spa direct. I can not speak more highly of all reception and concierge staff however special thanks to Tegan, Adam & Patrick who would go out of their way just to say hello every day and really made our stay.
