Qualia is absolutely fantastic and the only disappointment of our stay was that it was only for 3 nights and we would happily of spent another few days there. There is not loads to do but more than enough for a week or so if you are looking to relax. We consider ourselves well travelled and generally stay in top quality accommodation and without a doubt we would say Qualia is exceptional. The restaurant is very good, the views are stunning and the only slight gripe we could have is that the service at breakfast was sometimes a little "laid back" or maybe a bit dis-organised. Yes it's true, Qualia is not cheap, but we think you get what you pay for. If we come back to Australia we will return without a doubt.

Stayed for 2 nights for our honeymoon in a Leeward pavilion. Everything from the greeting at the airport with the cool towel, to the complimentary Bollinger on arrival at the truly magnificent Long Pavilion to our own pavilion was amazing. Truly a holiday we won't forget.

I would definitely recommend having at least one meal in the Long Pavilion. My partner had salmon that just melted in your mouth. I had two types of beef which were sensational. Breakfast each morning here was also exceptional.

We also highly recommend having a beach drop off with a picnic, that was a highlight of our whole trip.

Only issue I had was on two occasions I was incorrectly charged. The first regarding a tasting session was rectified after I brought it up, but the second I only found out after returning from the rest of our holiday. Hot tip - check your mini bar on arrival to make sure everything is there, otherwise you may end up paying for missing items which you didn't use. I don't expect either of these issues to happen at a place like Qualia, which has left a slight sour taste in my mouth among the otherwise wonderful service and facilities that were provided.

Despite all the great things about qualia I agree with other reviewers that the price is a little too steep for what you get.

Qualia is AMAZING. I laughed to see there were actually "horrible" reviews, shocked! We went for 5 nights and it is one of the best of places on earth (and we travel a TON). We did not have the best weather, but we are from Seattle so hey, a litlte rain and clouds don't bother us. The service was incredible and the wine/food - to die for! It was seriously some of the best food and we have a high bar. The room was FLAWLESS -- literally the most insane hotel room I have ever seen (even topped our pool from at the Capri Palace Hotel.

I cannot recommend this location highly enough - absolutely gorgeous, 5 star meals (the fresh orange juiice alone was heavenly. Definitely check out Whitehaven Beach as well - stunning!

I spent 4 wonderful nights at Qualia recently (Early Jan)
Definitly every cent well spent, i kept looking around and just saying "Wow".
We were greeted at the airport with a cool water, greeted at the hotel with a lovely glass of champagne. Plus another bottle on ice in our room.
The room was to die for, we have even considered building our own house similar. The relaxing outdoor bed and plunge pool was the greatest. We loved having baths looking out over the water.
The breakfasts were amazing, the pancakes were the best i ever tasted, so rich and filling but not oversweet. Just perfect. Most hot afternoons were spent by pebble beach, beautiful cold drinks bought to us, lovely shady huts if it is too hot and sunny!
We are definitly planning another trip, it was certainly the greatest place i have ever been to!
