We stayed at trilogy in november. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean. Could not fault anything all perfect and close to everthing. We will be back.

We stayed for 6 nights at Trilogy Apts on the Gold Coast in QLD, and loved every minute of it. We have 2 young boys (3 and 6 years) and were completely comfortable and happy with our stay. We were up on the 11th floor overlooking the pool in a corner apartment. Our room was modern, large, very quiet, very well maintained and the hotel was in a really great location. It was only a quick walk to the beach and shops of Surfers Paradise as well.

We had a rental car for the duration and were very pleased to have secure lock up parking included in our room price. We were on the Gold Coast to go to the Theme Parks and Trilogy was in a really great position, easy to get to Sea World (5 minutes away) as well as Movie World and Wet n' Wild (20 minutes away). A few of the nights we drove to Broadbeach to get some dinner which was only 5-10 minutes away. We felt safe at night when we went out walking with the kids as well.

The pool and spa were great, as was the BBQ area.

A great stay, we would definitely stay there again in the future. I highly recommend Trilogy for families that want a little more space.

My friends and I booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Trilogy (for a very good price - contact them directly, they did a better price than other websites), but were a little unsure what to expect, seeing as there weren't many reviews on here or anywhere else for that matter.

Upon check-in, we were extremely happy to be told we'd been upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment over a 2 bedroom that we'd booked. Not sure what the differences would have been, maybe the 3 bedroom was also larger as well (living areas).

Upon entering the apartment, it was very tidy and had a nice and modern look and feel to it. Our room was only on the 5th level so we unfortunately didn't have any sea views (this was the only downside). Our balcony was HUGE and overlooked down onto the pool. Balcony was far bigger than any other hotel I've stayed at. We all found the beds to be comfortable, and rooms of adequate/average size. Only the main bedroom and living/family room had airconditioning. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms just had fans - but this was OK as it was a fairly coolish weekend anyway. Living room had comfy sofas and a ~42" lcd/plasma.

Bathrooms and ensuites were well laid out and modern. The showers had PLENTY of pressure so you didn't need to stand under it for 5 minutes before you were wet. Kitchen was well equipped with new bosch appliances. Only thing the kitchen lacked was probably normal shaped bowls (rather than dish/plate type bowls). The fridge was also very big for an apartment!

Apartments were located in a very quiet street, about a 5 minute walk to city centre. The pool and spa were also heated which was great on a bit of a chilly afternoon. BBQ facilities were also good, located beside the pool.

I will be definitely staying here again next time I go to surfers, although next time I would try to obtain a room on a higher level for ocean views.

Hotel was in an awesome quiet location, only 5 min walk to Cavil Ave.
Reception was friendly and helpful, although giving us wrong directions to the RSL.
The pool at the hotel was fairly busy but amazing with perfect temperature water and lots of sun beds.
Rooms were modern and balcony was nice, great air con and comfy beds.
Great value for $230 a night for a two bedroom apartment, I will be back.
