Outstanding location, surprising value given the location.

Can't really comment on service because I didn't need any.

Room size is a real surprise, in a good way.

Would be happy to stay here again - in fact, almost certainly will.

My family recently stayed at the Royal Albert for 5 nights in one of the sub penthouses.
I must say this place is great. Love the location and friendly staff. We will be back.

A lovely old historic building with many stories to tell! The rooms were huge all things considered, and the service was fantastic, with them even looking after our car and luggage for an entire extra day at no extra charge. They were happy to accommodate late check in and were very helpful and friendly.
Overheard one man being relocated after the DVD player in his room wasn't working - they were happy to shift him to another room, just for a non-functional DVD player, which I thought was pretty good!
It was a few extra $$ compared to some other hotels in Brisbane but was probably worth it.
We will go back.

Found this hotel by chance and I am so pleased I did. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was large, quiet, clean and well appointed. This hotel is right in the CBD, walking distance to restaurants, shopping,and entertainment. When we arrived a jazz band was playing on the street corner. We had a great stay and I have recommended the hotel to my friends.
