This was a business trip and I was traveling with four other colleagues and I these comments are a reflection of our discussions at breakfast:
- Noisy. I was on the 4th floor and facing away from the main road (Ann St) and was woken up a few times with pub patrons / street cleaners etc. I thought that I had left a window open, but I discovered that double glazing (to cut the noise?) had been fitted but that it was useless.
- Broadband. I travel a lot internationally and this has to set a 'low mark' for a broadband offering. A suggestion to fellow travellers...don't even bother to follow the instructions in your room but get assistance from reception straight away!
Other than that, it is a great location (close to restaurants and bars, and across from the Central Station), and the rooms were well set out - probably suit a family on holiday as the room had a full kitchen and nice lounge
