We were looking for something close to the action, and the Treasury really met our needs. We didn't visit the casino itself, but it's just across the road if you're that way inclined, on booking we had assumed the two were in the same building, it wasn't until we arrived that we realised they were on opposite sides of the road - This suited us perfectly as we weren't in town to gamble, but I guess it's worth mentioning.
The staff at the hotel were amongst the best I've ever encountered. They are friendly without being intrusive, and nothing was too much trouble, equally as good as any hotel I've ever been to.
Price wise, we paid about $250 (January 2012) a night for our room which felt like good value as it was School Holidays when we visited.
The room was VERY spacious and well appointed, and felt very warm and welcoming. The bed and pillows were perfect and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and included both a full sized bath and a seperate shower and beautiful marble accents.
Overall I rate this as one of the best places I've stayed, it's close to lots of attractions, the rooms are spotlessly clean, welcoming, well appointed and large and the staff are more than willing to assist with any request made of them.
If someone from the hotel reads this, whatever you're doing to train and retain your staff is working! We'll definitely stay again!
