Considering the hefty cost per night i.e. $A450, we expected better!
The apartment, though spacious, was very dated. Our bed in the second
bedroom did not even have an eiderdown/duvet cover! 2 single covers
only were provided. There was barely enough room to move out of the
bed as it was very close to the window. The fan was broken and very
noisy during the night, quite apart from the "night owls" who were out
in the streets every night keeping us all awake on the 15th floor!
On the plus side, the balcony provided panoramic views of the city
and the apartment was plenty big enough for two couples.
I am not sure we would rebook th Marrakai if we return to Darwin.

really big rooms with a nice view from a huge balcony. reasonably priced for peak season in darwin with friendly staff.

Had two bedroom, two bathroom suite which was huge! Room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Hotel walking distance to most things but removed enough to be quiet at night. Excellent air conditioioning! Great views from balcony just to hot to sit out there. I think the term "luxury" is a bit of a stretch but i would definately stay again.

We stayed for ten days with two children. Very spacious apartment with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. Stayed in two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, lovely big rooms and light and airy. Could do with refurbishing though. Great for families. Within walking distance of City centre.
