We stayed for one night and our room was clean and a great size. The free self serve breakfast was a great way to meet other guests and the owners were very helpful. We would stay there again gladly its Value for money for sure !!!!

This is such a lovely place to stay and I wish I could have stayed longer. From the welcome on arrival to the moment I left nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were a good size, bathrooms clean, really hot showers, great little kitchen, free breakfast of toast and cereals, washing machines and clothes dryers to use, satellite TV, free luggage storage and free superfast wifi. I didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. It is a 15 minute walk out of town and you do need to get a taxi late at night but if I ever came to Alice again I would definitely stay here.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was exactly what we needed. Good sized rooms, nice and clean. As someone mentioned the a/c is old but works perfectly fine. A nice pool but you hardly spend anytime in it as there is so much to see around Alice. I would definitely stay here again :)
