Priced much better than the Ayers Rock Resort and the Kings Canyon Resort who collectively gouged the hell out of us on this vacation. Upon arrival, we were optimistic since the representative was a breath of fresh air in terms of friendliness. But that changed (more in a minute). Our room was flat out old, ugly and in great disrepair. We had some drinks out of the mini bar and when housekeeping came the next day they never refilled it, did a cursory vacuum job and made the beds. That's it. We never had enough towels and had to call the front desk for toilet paper because there was only one roll for the four of us. Now, back to the rep. When I stopped by the front desk to tell her about the mini bar she said she'd call housekeeping and take care of it. She probably tried, but when we returned to the room, all they did was replenish the hot chocolate. Then when I had to call for more toilet paper, she brought it up with a very surly, inconvenienced attitude. The girls in the restaurant and bar area were nice. We never enjoyed the pool, but it did look nice. Too many other good, reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance to pay for over priced food in theirs so I couldn't vouch for the quality
