My partner and I stayed early February 2011
I had looked on a number of sites to find a cheap decent place to stay in for a night.
Then I saw Quest Serviced Apartments on www.wotif.com but was glad not to book then and then as I got a even cheaper deal on their actual site www.questapartments.com.au
Booking on their actual website is 100% cheaper than any other site.
I booked 3days prior to checking-in.
I booked a Studio Apartment $110

We were glad to have used our gps system as the hotel can be a bit hard to find. - address is: Quest Castle Hill

You can see Quest from Windsor Road but you have to make sure you go down Gladstone Road otherwise you cant get in via. Windsor Road. The Quest sign is hard to see as it's behind many tall trees, look out for a big rock out the front that has the number 8 painted on it in white paint.
It's located in a u-turn with many other industrial shops, when you turn into the drive-way follow it to the end (there's a sign - Quest Serviced Apartments).
FREE underground and secure parking which was a bonus.
Recpetion is on the Ground floor you'll see it when you park your car.
Lovely staff greet you, told us everything the hotel had to offer and more.
Our room was located on level 1 in room 107B we entered one door then went into a small foyer and there was our room and another room 107A, on the other side of our room we had the Gymnasium.
We had a rather large courtyard, but had to keep the blinds closed as there was no privacy. We looked out to a really nice garden area. There was a door to enter the courtyard and opening windows. It was a very hot day 44 deg C the day we arrived and were glad the Air-con worked well.
Small kitchen, but with everything that is needed.
Cups, wine glasses, plates. bowls, knives, forks and spoons everything is there for use.
Mircowave, toaster. Television and a DVD player (movies are available for lone for $5) a very good selection to choose from.
Plenty of lighting in the room, the smoke detectors had a bright light that flashed which was annoying, but when asleep you wouldn't know it's there. But rather be safe than sorry and not have one.
Bathroom was small, but shower was big enough for 2 persons, vanity and toilet.
Work desk, with internet (fees apply)
hotel book - with ideas on where to shop, eat and entertainment.
AMF bowling, just down the road along with indoor rock climbing (greats for kids)
I had the best sleep in a very long time in a hotel, beds were very comfy, couldn't hear a noise even know our room backed onto Windsor Road.

Will stay here again, that's for sure and recommend this place to young couples, older couples and families.
I usually find it hard to book using a Visa Debit Card and expecting to leave a large cash bond but not here with Quest, which was great.
Just on that note: I will be staying here as often as we can.

“Perfect for our stay”

I recently stayed at Quest Castle Hill for a competition that my daughter was attending near by. There was about 10 of us staying there and I was lucky enough to get the 3 bedroom apartment with a few others.. Although it was away from the main street after we had bought our supplies that was it for the night. Rooms are clean and have everything that you may need.In the morning when the taxi took a while, one of the reception staff drove us personally. Very kind of her as the jitters were already in place for my daughter. Likes the shuttle service they offered as well. Will definately come back.

Booked for 1 night with a friend so we could see a late movie at the Castle Towers Gold Class cinema. Location is so convenient to Castle Towers- it wasn't even a 5 minute drive! Room was clean, easy to find and laid out well. Bed was incredibly comfy and didn't hear any noise at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt very secure returning late at night.

Location can be slightly hard to find- but they do put that in the directions given on Wotif. Luckily I had my GPS and it got us there with no fuss.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your stay at Quest Castle Hill in July.

We certainly are quite close to Castle Towers shopping centre and our courtesy shuttle service is available to guests who would prefer not to drive. This service is currently available Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm and can simply be booked at reception.

Our property is a little tricky to find on the first occasion but guests who book directly with us will receive a map and directions on their confirmation email, and of course we're only ever a phone call away and more than happy to help!

We're really happy to hear that you enjoyed you stay with us - and our comfy beds! We look forward to welcoming you back again next time.

My mum and I stayed in the studio apartment for 2 nights with 2 single beds. The studio apartment in Quest Serviced Apartments was big enough while being small enough. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well supplied...overall it was amazing. It was really good to see that an apartment with such high quality could be so cheap! Quest Serviced Apartments made my stay in Sydney that more amazing. I will most definetley be staying there again on my next visit. -Adrian-

“So So and only for one night”

It was just for a night and booked as to be able to make an early morning appointment in the area.
The room was on the 5th floor overlooking the highway, a very very noisy highway and that noise continued for most of the evening and little sleep was possible, perhaps rooms not overlooking the highway are better for sleep, but for me, my room was noisy, so when booking ask for a room away from the highway.
The room was fine, small but very clean and more than comfortable for the one night.
Check in and out, friendly, quick and efficient.
Undercover car park is close to the reception area.
Lift is slow, but a minor point, and it did work.
Location is out of the way and very hard to get to, it took me two attempts to find the place and I was fortunate in checking in during daylight hours, at night I am not sure I would have driven down a side driveway passing repair shops and factories, it just did not seem right.
I drove to the local shopping centre about 5km away and plenty of food choices there, and I also believe there are some local food outlets closer to the hotel. There is also a vending machine on the property and cooking facilities an the room.
Perhaps not for me when next in the area, but then again a room away from the highway could have made all the difference.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Quest Castle Hill and allowing me to address your concerns.

We are certainly more than happy to accommodate specific requests such as which room, or which side of our building you would prefer wherever possible. Simply mention it to our staff when booking, or in our 'special requests' section if booking directly on our website.

As you mentioned, our building unfortunately does not front Gladstone Rd so when driving you need to look for our signage directing you to our driveway. This signage is also well lit at night to ensure it is clearly visible. We also provide a map and driving directions by email for every guest who books directly with our property and invite you to call our friendly reception team at any time if you need any further assistance.

To ensure that our location does not inconvenience our guests without vehicles we are also able to offer a pantry shopping service and have three local restaurants who will deliver meals straight to your door. We also offer a local area courtesy shuttle service operating from 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday.

I look forward to welcoming you back to Quest should you return to the area again.
