A very Sydney experience with its position close to everything and great cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone .. I definitely intend staying there again.

We decide to be in Sydney for the NYE without knowing that it is incredible expensive everywhere. This hotel is perfectly located in a very nice chic/cool area with cafes, restaurants and very close to subway stations, supermarket, and also 10-15 min down town. Opera house is walkable 15 min aprox through a nice park. Rooms are very small and basic also bathroom/toilet. It is more like a hostel with basic facilities but clean and nice. There is no air conditioning but ceiling fun. Good value for money, lovely neigborhood and very friendly staff. It is also very close to bars and nightlife; gay area as well. attention, no gym, no breakfast, no pool, and basic toilet.

Nice ensuite room, very comfy and clean, with microwave and fridge where you can fix your own breakfast, ....Excellent location, walking distance from a lot of cafes and shops. No elevator is the only complaint I have, so better be aware of the weight in your suitcases......but overall was a good experience! People at the front desk were very kind.

Four of us stayed at Maisonette in a triple room with double bed and two singles on a recent hens night. We were all amazed at the cleanliness and good value for money. Hotel room perfect for our two night stay. Hotel staff were nice. Situated above tasty cafes, and a bustling street with boutique shops. Around the corner from Woolworths if you need to grab something! A few minutes walk from the heart of Kings Cross and the train station. The city CBD approx 15 mins. Will definitely stay there again!
