I got hit by a car in Sydney while staying in this hotel. After I got out of hospital I spent a couple of more nights there. Personnel heard about the incident and took great care of me! I was traveling alone and they helped me out a lot. Helped me sell my car, get paper work sorted and helped me to get around in Sydney!! They did more than they actually had to do and I was really impressed! I would always go back to this hotel!!!!

The concierge is the best and I had a really good time! This hotel is worth your money!

Beautiful hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk from the main city and maybe 15 mins to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. Reception staff extremely helpful as were the restaurant staff. Our room was large and very well equipped with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was brilliant. Cannot fault this hotel at all and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in a good central location, a bit of extra walking to Darling Harbour but nice to be away from the tourist feel of Darling Harbour. Great food all around the hotel but I would suggest to get breakfast included as they do a beautiful breaKfast although on the high $ side.

Close by was the Lane nice for breakfast and dinner.

Stayed in Sydney over New Year 2011/12 and the Radisson was a great city base. From arrival, the staff were spot on. The hotel has that typical city hotel feel, lots of business people and aircrew in and out and as a consequence, slick efficiency is the order of the day. Reception are used to dealing with guest requests and do so in a professional manner. Take time to chat with the street concierges, they are knowledgable, helpful and good humoured - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The bar is well stocked and the bar staff welcoming, it is a hotel bar but you don't feel like you've missed out by having a drink there. Only complaint would be the extortionate cost of in house laundry! $250 for a few shirts, undies and trousers! That needs looking at! We had a view of the building opposite, but be realistic, that's city hotels! If you want a view, you have to ask for it at booking (and pay for it!)
