The staff made a huge inpression on arrival and during our stay. A special mention to Matt, thanks for your help. We were pleasantly surprised with being given a penthouse suite for our stay and the views over the harbour were breathtaking. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Location is ideal for walking around the Opera House and Circular Quay.

We had a lovely 1 bed Exec Apartment with a city view rather than a view of the harbour, but we could also see up-river and towards Darling Harbour. The apartment was attractively furnished, very comfortable, with an extremely well fitted kitchen. Loved the fact that it was so central to The Rocks, Circular Quay and busy George Street. We used the cooking facilities to great advantage as after almost a month of eating in restaurants it made a pleasant change to eat simply in the apartment. Bed was comfortable, nice marble bathroom with bath and separate shower and there was even a separate laundry room - just great when you've been travelling for a while. The only negative thing was the operation of the in-room safe which was extremely temperamental and had to be opened/closed using a credit card rather than the room card. At times it could take about 20 swipes to open or close it and then at others it would open first time - maybe it was just that particular one?
We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these suites to anyone wanting quality space in the centre of Sydney.

Quay West provided separate bedrooms and bathrooms with accompanying lounge / kitchen with outstanding views of Sydney's icons all within east walking distance of the Rocks, the Ferry / Bus Terminal and the Opera House. Facility well maintained with comfortable bedding, two televisions and continual access to room service. Helpful, obliging staff ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Stayed with 2 others for a brief break. The view over the Rocks historic area, the harbour view with bridge and opera house and ever busy ferries and cruise ships is as fascinating as looking at Hong Kong Harbour.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and meant we could self cater with a grocery shop within 100m of the lower level access door. Alternatively we could eat out as suited us, with many restaurants and cafes close by. The patisserie in the Rocks makes wonderful delights.
The access to trains was good and we walked to join the bridge climb - 10 minutes. There are a few steps in the area so those less mobile might not like that. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it took about 1/2 hour in the taxi to the airport at $48.00..
