This is a first class hotel - from the moment I arrived I was surrounded by welcoming staff. The room type I had booked was not available so I was offered complimentary breakfast. My views were not great - but the large room, with comfortable bed and huge bathroom more than made up for it. It is an expensive hotel, but well worth it.
