I went to Sean's Kitchen on Friday night for dinner before going to West Side Story at the Lyric Theatre. I had heard good things about it and thought it would be a nice venue for an early dinner before a show.

I ordered a pre-dinner cocktail in the bar and it was so bad I couldn't drink it (it tasted like fizzy chillie favored water).

The restaurant is very badly run, they gave our table away while we were in the bar having a cocktail (even though we had checked in with them when we arrived and they knew we were in the bar and were planning to go to our table within 30 minutes) however the waiter didn't know this until she was actually standing in front of it (and she realised other people were sitting at it), we were left standing in the middle of the restaurant while 4 people spent 10 minutes trying to work out what happened and where to seat us.

The food was average and it took 20 minutes to get our bill paid. It was $85 per person for 2 courses with wine and mineral water and a tip. A huge waste of money for a really awful dinning experience. Just don't waste your time going there.
