They went out of their way to make sure our kids had the right car seats for their safety and comfort on the long ride to the Blue Mountains.

They were very flexible on itinerary to cater to our preferences, providing choices to the group so that we can hit the areas we want to see or experience (like a special festival parade) while still maintaining the tour schedule to catch our ferry back to Sydney.

Their Mercedes van is very comfortable for the ride.

We also enjoyed the local lunch at their clubhouse, providing a glimpse of local life. It's like visiting with old friends.

My wife and I took the Blue Mountain tour yesterday guided by Alena. It was a perfect tour! Picked up at our hotel, morning tea overlooking the Blue Mountains, scenic skyway aerial tram, steep cable car to the rainforest floor, 45 minute walk through the forest, aerial tram back to the top, Aboriginal cultural center for a dance show, and that was before lunch! We enjoyed lunch at the Springfield Sports Club, and then off to the petting zoo to meet some amazing animals. Alena drove through Olympic Park on the way back into Sydney before dropping us off to catch the Ferry for a nice ride back to Circular Quay.

I can't say enough about the superb job Alena did. Blue Diamond Tours clearly care about their guests and providing them a fantastic experience. In fact my wife was so impressed with their efforts, she gave Alena a military coin from her unit at home. Well done Alena and Blue Diamond Tours!

I went with Blue Diamond to the Blue Mountains today. It is professional, well organised with excellent communication beforehand, and easy website. We had Paul as our guide, he was knowledgable, pleasant and a good driver. This tour is pricey at $160 per person but I think worth every cent. We went to Scenic World,Koomurri centre, a wildlife park, it includes a lovely morning tea and a real Aussie lunch at a Sportsmans club. We had a terrific day which concluded with a trip on the ferry up Parramatta River to Circular Quay. Its great day.
