It's in a good position close to Hyeres, just out of the highway.
Hyeres and the islands are reachable in a short time.
The breakfast (not included) is abundant, good assortment, everything is fresh and good.
But rooms and beds are too small and without conditioning, arranging all stuff in the room is quite difficult.
It could be good enough for very short staying (1-2 days), without taking things out of the buggage, not good for longer staying, and in summer remind no conditioning.
