Before leaving for this trip I was quite concerned about the reviews I had read, and they made me somewhat nervous to stay here, but dont believe them!

Having just returned from this hotel today I can say we had an enjoyable stay! We stayed in a twin room, and although it was a little small it was very clean and presented in a nice way. The room was cleaned daily with our towels and basic bathroom items (cups, toilet roll) being replaced also. The beds were comfortable and there was ample storage to unpack our cases.
The bathroom was very clean, there was no sign of any mould anywhere (as someone had pointed out previously).

At night the hotel could be a little noisy, but we were trying to get to bed at 10pm so you would expect people to be up at this time still.
Staff were pleasant enough, although their english is a little limited they always greeted us as we entered and exited.

The hotel is situated in a good area, the taxi from the airport came to 30 euros which I though was reasonable for a speedy service. The RER E station is a 5 minute walk away and this leads you directly into the centre of Paris. There is a KFC and MacDonalds just a stones throw away, perfect for grabbing a quick snack on the way home.
Last but not least this hotel is not in a "dangerous area". As two 21 year olds walking back and forth the train station every day we found this area nice, we had no trouble whilst we stayed here.

This hotel if you, like us are looking to have a short sight seeing trip in paris and it is well worth the money you pay...please dont be put off by any bad reviews, I can assure you that they are not true!

We very easily found the hotel, as the transport in paris is great overall, it took about 30 mins to get to the city centre by RER trains E and A and then get a metro to anywhere in paris. the hotel is very well situated, as 'leader price', carrefour, and 'lidl' are in walking distance. Moreover theres mcdonalds and kfc round the corner if youre desperate :) the reception is open 24h and theres always sombody to ask something, even though the staff doesnt really speak english very well, theyre nice and helpful. we were surprised when we got to the room, as there were only four beds, nothing else ( like chairs, tables or wardrobes) and a big plasma TV. it was really funny to see. the rooms were reasonably clean; beds very clean, changed regularly, toilet not so clean but not smelly or disgusting at all. No insects or other 'animals' :P as some people said. we were visiting paris from 8am to 11pm so we only used the room to sleep in and i think we made a good choice to pick this hotel, for a really low price.
i would recommend for travellers, young or old, but not really for families.

We thought we could get a hotel on our way to Paris... Well, everything was full. So we drove and drove and came closer to Paris, it became later and we were tired and wanted to sleep.

We saw the sign of Premierre Classe and they still had rooms available. We were so tired we needed to sleep, so we accepted to pay 50 euro for this hotelroom (no breakfast).

The room was small, outdated and filthy. I felt more in a third world then in a first world country. The bathroom was as the room: small, outdated and filthy.

And since we were the last people to arrive in the hotel, we were the first to be woken up by the cleaning people (cleaning people? so the do clean?).

I will never again stay here. Next time I will book something in advance in a better hotel.

I cant belive anyone would write a good review for this hotel?!!! I agree with the review that says "worst hotel in europe"

I am a 21 yr old girl easily pleased not usually a maoner, never written a bad review in my life but what can i say?!

This place is a dump! the area is un-safe! the hotel is dirty, the room's have no wardrobe! no lamp! no mirror in the bedroom! And the staff DO NOT speak english at all!!!

I know you say what do you expect for £32 a night? but what you dont expect is some poor fella getting his car windows smashed outside the hotel and the next night a huge fight with some local gangs!

We tried to find the train station twice and didnt suceed as there are too many gangs around! So instead spent £300 on taxis getting to disneyland and paris!!!

Even a disneyland rep said it was one of the worst areas to stay in, and that she woudlnt recommend catching a train home so had to fork out £70 for a taxi back aswell as the £70 there!!! Yes POUNDS NOT EUROS! Was about 120 euros one way! Gutting :-(

Paris is amazing i loved it :-) its a great city and we didnt go on any tour guides just did it ourselves and felt very very safe and happy doing that go there but DO NOT stay at this hotel it put a really dampner on our holiday! Its just not worth it! Pay that extra few pounds and stay away from this area, i recomend staying in paris city centre as its so nice!
