Premiere Classe is a French hotel chain with extra small rooms at discount prices. The double bed took up nearly the whole room. The shower is so narrow that I found it hard to get in -- I'm a very fat man -- although the small size assured I would not fall.
The web site and Mapquest make it seem like it is a very short walk from the RER E train station, but it is a CONVOLUTED walk that's more than a kilometer. Note, there are no taxis waiting at the train station and the buses at the RER E Rosny Bois Perrier commuter train stop there do NOT go by the hotel. I walked through a parking lot, into a shopping center, exited at the top of the shopping center, and walked east along a busy roadway that -- for now during construction -- has no sidewalk. Then I turned right, beneath highway A86, and turned right again at a traffic circle.
To reach the hotel via bus, go the next train station and catch the 102 bus. You can also use the 102 bus stop opposite the hotel to get to Metro stations in the morning. But if you intend to use the bus to get back to the hotel, you'll have to arrive at the Metro stop before 9:30 PM or so because the bus stops running a little after 10 PM..
Request a room that faces AWAY from the highway, if highway noise and ambulance sirens keep you awake. If the air conditioner/heater is working, you may be able to keep the window closed, but it'll still be loud.
