I booked this hotel thru Expedia. Even though the price was cheaper than others (Paid U$65/ Night) I was expecting better hotel. No phone inside the room. Bed was borken. Small Room. Small Washroom. Not very friendly receiption. Pay a bit more and get better hospitality. Will not go to the whole series of Premiere Classe again.

Arrived at the hotel mid afternoon. The receptionist was efficient and helpful. We were on the second floor, a lift was available, but we walked. I must admit I was quite shocked when I saw the room. It was very basic, double bed, single beside it and a bunk bed overhead. Our children, (aged 11 & 12), were ecstatic and couldn't wait to climb onto the bunk! The room was clean as was the bedding and the very cosy bathroom. There were no tea or coffee making facilities but there was a vending machine in the foyer. There were no complimentary toiletries either but what do you expect fo £32 a night! There was a KFC and Macdonalds close by but if you walked to the Rosney 2 shopping centre there is a Carrefour supermarket as well as a great shopping centre.
Behind here is the train station where you can get trains to Paris. We bought a book of ten train tickets for 16 euro, this worked out cheaper than purchasing them separately for return journeys. If you like luxury accommodation I would not stay here. If like us you want somewhere to get your head down at the end of a busy day I would recommend this hotel.

i have read many reviews on this hotel, on many websites and from my understanding people expect 5 star for a hotel as cheap as £32 per night. WHAT DO PEOPLE EXPECT WHEN THEY PAY SO CHEAP??? the reviews were very off-putting and i was expecting the worse when we got to paris. in fact, it was very pleasent indeed.

we checked in nice and straight forward. went in and out as we pleased with no problems returning to our rooms. we came in a group of two families with infants. we had rooms opposite each other which was helpful.

there's a vending machine for drinks and snacks. a telephone in reception and a breakfast room with CLEAN dishes and a selection of breakfast options.

opposite the hotel is a mcdonalds (great for families with kids) and a supermarket next to it.

the bathrooms were very CLEAN with a shower, basin and wc. also, a lift for all the floors (3 floors). the bedrooms were very CLEAN and enought space for a family of 4. our bedrooms had a double bed and a bunk-bed, a tv, planty of light and a window with good view.

overall our stay was very nice and comfortable. i hope by reading reviews from this and other websites doesnt put people off this hotel. im very glad to be able to pass a good and confident review to people who wish to visit paris. i have put some words in capitals because the reviews i've read have the opposite opinions.

i would like to say the expectiations of some reviews were too HIGH, when the price of this hotel was very LOW. if people really expect a 5-star hotel with 5-star service, why did they stay in this one????

staff does not speak English, took 2 hrs 45 minutes to get checked in, double charged for stay, elevator got stuck between floors, panels falling off walls, window trim falling off walls, rooms had pet hair and bugs all over rooms,(children were eaten alive by bugs) door keys had to be exchanged several times. Rooms smelled like urine and vomit. Very far from any of the attractions tourists are interested in. Very bad part of town. Not a safe place to bring a family.
