This B& B is very good and we were made feel very welcom by Josephine. It is well situated for touring the area. Very close to Cliffs of Moher and The Burren. Breakfast was excellent and Josephine was able to advise us on places to visit. Had two lovely meals in the Fitzpatrick Hotel in Doolin and would definitely recommend this B&B. The only thing I missed was not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

This is the greatest place to stay. Just steps from the bus stop, and just a few hundred feet from O'Connor's pub, a brilliant and tasty little place with live music. The Horse Shoe proprietors, Josephie and Paddy, are the sweetest Irish couple ever. The house is clean, bright and inviting, and the Irish breakfasts are delicious. We're going to stay here again! ~Will and Rae

This B&B is conveniently located a few minutes walk down the road from the Doolin shops, restaurants and entertainment. The hosts are long time residents who friendly and possess extensive knowledge about the area. The 3 bedroom ensuite room as clean and roomy. We enjoyed perfect breakfasts with other guests.

Horseshoe House B & B was a beautiful home away from home and lovely base for our exploration of the Dingle Penninsula and the Burren landscape of Ireland. The B & B was set on a lovely coastal road which was within easy walking distance to the cliffs, the town center, pubs, music and the incredible vista of the rocky shoreline. Horseshoe House provided very clean, roomy and very comfortable accomodations as well as a wonderfully diverse breakfast from the very light fare to the complete Irish breakfast. Josephine the propriotiss of the B & B added her unique charm and personality to our morning conversation and was always willing to give us direction or advice before we set out for the day. What better way to start the day than with a house filled with laughter and smiles...

At the recommendation of Josephine we visited the recently opened Doolin Caves which were on par with any of the most well known I have experienced here in the U.S. Really a sight to behold! This was my first trip to Ireland and I can say I will definately return to spend more time in Doolin and will happily return to Horseshoe House where we were made to feel so very much at home. (Oh and we all really fell in love with "Peggy" the family pony, she is now officially part of our family album!))
