I would like to thank Jim, Jean and his staff for a fantastic stay at your wonderful hotel. The welcome you gave us was fantastic and everyone of you were fabulous people. Our room was excellent, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Your hospitality is outstanding and you could not do anymore to make our stay really enjoyable. We have stayed there for three years running and personally would not stay anywhere else. We will be back. Thank you you are exceptional people.

The hotel is conveniently located and it has secure parking. It is minutes from the town of Kilkee which has a great selection of great bars and resturaunts. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the accommodation is adequate but not ostentacious. When I arrived too late to eat in the resturaunt one evening the staff recommended I go to O'Nneachtons in the town where the food and atmosphere were excellent.

Having read some of the other reviews I was a little anxious about our booking. However we had no problem with our reservation, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well fitted. The hotel was fully booked and busy. A full Irish breakfast was provided. The breakfast buffet was restocked with freshly cooked bacon, sausage etc even though we were ate breakfast late. Parking is available in the hotel car park in front of the hotel a major plus when Kilkee is busy. The hotel is in a good location so that it is easy to walk 5 minutes to the beach front , bars and restaurants in the town. This hotel provides excellent value for money.

We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend. Overall the hotel is ok. The bedroom we had was a bit run down. There were marks on the Walls, the toilet seat moved when you sat on it and the curtains on the windows were full of mould stains.

Both mornings when we went for breakfast the tables were all dirty and we had to wait around for one to be cleaned and reset. They need extra staff for breakfast.

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The staff are all very nice and the owners were very helpful.
