We ended up at Copperfield House by asking a local where he would recommend, and we were not disappointed. The owner/hostess welcomed us warmly, and when she found out I was ill, took me to her doctor, and made soup and sandwiches for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, the property had a great view of the Rock of Cashel, and we both feel she didn't charge us enough for the great time we had. We ended up staying four nights instead of the two planned, she made us so comfortable.
Definitly would recommend the Copperfield House to any and everyone.

After getting a recommendation from a friend who had stayed the night before we called the Copperfield on a Saturday morning and asked if they had any rooms, and if so would it be possible to check in early that same day as we had to get ready for a wedding. We were told that yes indeed they had a room, and that they would make a special point of getting it ready quickly for us. This type of excellent service continued for the rest of our stay there, and I would recommend this place to anyone else without hesitation.

(The reason we were calling that morning was because we had just checked out of a different Cashel establishment because we were so unhappy with the place. I won't mention the name of it here but if you look at my reviews in Cashel you'll know where I mean!)

The room was very nice and clean. We didn't hear any of the other guests during the night. Breakfast was great, and overall the experience was a very satisfactory one.
