The owner is a strange guy, however extremely nice and chatty. We were the only guests that night and he gave us a spacious, 4-bedroom room, which was a good thing not everybody did during our trip. Breakfast is average. The B&B is very well positioned in town, though Cashel doesn't have a particular charm beside the Rock. The place is clean and has private parking.

We dropped in and found a wonderfully friendly, helpful Patrick. He appreciated our wacky sense of humour and imparted his knowledge of the area. The room we shared was bright, clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was enjoyable and definitely sufficient for our appetites. This was our third night in Ireland and the best B&B we found. I would definitely go back to this B&B.

Patrick was friendly, funny and we enjoyed him very much. The room did not give the impression of being clean, hodge-podge decorations and not attrative at all. The bathroom was very old and looked dirty. We had one regular white towel, an old blue beach towel and no bath mat. The breakfast room was nice and food was good. Out of all the B&B's we stayed at this was the worst. Would not stay here again.
Location is great, at the bottom of the hill to the Rock of Cashel and close to restaurants.

I have to rate this B&B as poor since it did not maintain the standard of the other 4 B&Bs we stayed at. Bed was comfortable but room was cold, towels were thin, no shower floor mat, TV did not work. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. I would drive farther in a day instead of stay here again.
