A wonderful spot in the country. Our family of five rented two rooms and had plenty of space. The owner, Tracy, was welcoming and gave great advice for dinner and touring, including a great recommendation for a visit to Castle Cahir. (not to be missed).
Breakfast was served promptly at the requested time and was delicious.
Shimba Lodge is a comfortable, quiet place just a bit off the beaten path. If you are visiting Dundrum, Cashel or any of the surrounding sights, it's highly recommended.
