Carmel was extremely accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at Hill House. With 4 nights in Ireland we picked a few places we wanted to see. The Rock of Cashel was one of these places and we were so fortunate to find the Hill House B&B. We arrived and were made to feel very welcome by Carmel. Fortunately there were a couple of rooms available and we chose the lovely one with the 4 poster bed and the view out to the Rock of Cashel. We were so close to the restaurants and the short stroll to town was invigorating and the walk home after the hearty Irish meal was needed! Carmel had the fireplace burning for us for when we returned in the drawing room so we could relax with some wine, unwind and plan the following day. The breakfast was beautifully presented and we enjoyed our night so much and the hospitality that we decided to stay a second night and use the Hill House B&B as our base. We returned late on the second night after a busy day, but there were no problems with not having placed the breaky order for the next morning - Carmel was able to accommodate us when we woke up. We were driving through Cashel, but found Hill House, with such a fantastic view of the Rock, huge spacious rooms with a four poster bed and charming host, we decided to make Cashel our base, and drive to other points of interest, but come back to stay in Hill House. Carmel was an excellent host, looked after us and our every want really.... and the breakfasts were top notch. Couldnt recommend it enough. Glen

We loved the view from the house, the service was great and it wasnt too far of a walk. Cashel was one of our favourite spots in Ireland.
