We stayed in this B&B recently and while our stay was ok overall, we were slightly disappointed with this establishment. We'd read from other reviewers that it was a bit out of town, but we didn't expect it to be as remote as it was. It was a good 20 mins from Cashel and at least half of the route was on very narrow country roads. On our arrival we were shown to our room, which was neat and tidy and nicely decorated albeit a bit old-fashioned. The downside to the room was that as the weather was appalling, we had to spend more time in the room than envisaged and as the TV in the room was only about 14inches and in the far end of the room, it made for near impossible viewing of the only 4 channels available. We were looking forward to a nice homemade breakfast the next day, but the breakfast wasn't nice. The fruit bowl had a lot of over-ripe fruit in it and the "irish fry" was lukewarm and some of it was inedible. There also seemed to be "mouse droppings" in the corner of the breakfast room which was very off-putting. For a B&B, there was a few "do's and dont's" on the bedroom door i.e. take shoes off at main door, breakfast between 8.30 am - 9am and no hot water before 7am, which made it feel a bit regimental and restrictive.
