“Rathcoursey House was a gem”

We found a real gem in County Cork - Rathcoursey House was without doubt the best place we've stayed at in Ireland.Wonderful, character filled rooms (our bathroom had a freestanding tub in the middle of the floor and a working wind up gramophone) in a Georgian House overlooking Cork Harbour.Beth, the owner was lovely, and used to cook for the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire. She knew the surrounding area very well and gave us maps, tips and detailed instructions for places to visit.
