Our family, including two small children, dropped in on Fiona unexpectedly in the middle of the summer....she welcomed us and showed us to a very clean, warm and cozy room that was so comfortable, well, we slept like logs that night! Perhaps it was the room, the beds or just the relaxing location of Carrick Lodge. The sound of sheep lulled us to the most sound sleep ever!
To think, that was not all, after our restful night, we awoke to a "spread" that was out of this world! Fiona produced a breakfast that was so ample and the variety of choice was so unexpected. Forget other B&B's in the area, this is the only place you should consider!
