Nice staff even the cleaner turned off the vacuum cleaner to say hello as I passed her in the hallway. My privacy was valued and since I was there to be a soldier of love this was important , hee, hee . It was nice clean room !

We had to clear our own table from the previous occupants, get our own cutlery and condiments.
The food took an hour & twenty minutes to be served, and that was only mine, the other three meals arrived ten minutes later, my food was taken back to be re heated. My husband who ordered the grilled steak strips firecracker fajitas, was brought chicken & steak, when we told the member of staff, the food was taken back, and brought back with the chicken scraped from the plate. My reheated food at this point still hadn't arrived, nor had the extra portions of chips that was ordered between the four of us. The pub wasn't busy, there were no apologies.
There was no manager on site, or we would have complained to him, the staff we did complain to weren't interested,and didn't seem to have a clue. Also no e mail address to complain to.
I live locally, but will not be going back there again for a meal, nor will I be recommending it to anyone I know.

First stay at a PI will book again without hesitation in the future

Kept awake all night by snoring from other rooms. Not at all soundproofed. Terrible food, even for a premier inn. Coffee tasted like cigarettes. Computers didn't work so couldn't check in properly.
