What a fantastic way to spend our 3rd year anniversary!!!
Bridge Cottage where we stayed was beautiful, couldn't have asked for anything more perfect - we'll definitely be back.

Great hosts, very friendly and could not do enough for us, they make you feel like you are at home. The beds are super comfortable and breakfast is substantial and well cooked. We had dinner the night we arrived and it was lovely. The gardens are beautiful and the pool very inviting and clean. The surrounding area is semi rural and makes for a restful stay after escaping from Sydney's ratrace.

I fully agree with the other comments praising Bonville Lodge. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young kids) and the Lodge was the perfect place for us to stop. We arrived late in the afternoon; tired, hungry and sick of eating takeway. Ron quickly put us at ease and within an hour had produced a lovely dinner of fresh fish, salad and watermelon. There was barely any food left for him to clear by the end! Bonville Lodge was the perfect antidote to a 7 hour car trip and left us feeling rested, relaxed and more than ready to tackle the rest of the trip as a happy family. The Lodge was booked the night we passed back through Coffs so we stayed at a nearby motel. There was no comparison - Bonville Lodge wins hands down. So if you need the perfect place to relax, don't bother looking anywhere else.

We stayed in Bridge Cottage for one night as our halfway stop. We received a warm welcome from Ron & were shown to the cottage. It is very spacious & open plan. There is a lounge room, dining area & full kitchen. The King bed was very comfortable. The large bathroom was stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels. The fridge was stocked with a snack & items for breakfast "entree" - juice, toast & fruit for before you call across for your freshly cooked hot breakfast. We also took up the dinner option. Served in our cottage beautifully cooked fresh fish, chats & delicious salad. There is also a coffee machine. Too many great things to list them all. The cottage is set in the beautiful gardens & the pool looked very nice. Highly recommend, would love to stay longer & would certainly choose to stay again.
