This hotel is family owned.They own several places in Crans-Montana&think they provide the best accommodation you can get in Crans.
Though rooms are ok,service is terribly poor and you just can't count on the staff.
I had booked several rooms,a signed contract existed.9 months later,the contract was cancelled as they could accommodate a larger group for a longer periode of time.All my emails stayed unreplied.Each time I tried to call,the responsible person was not around+never returned any of my calls.It was by pure accident I got her on the phone.Excuse:illness in family.Honestly,sorry,but I coulnd't care less,there's staff business should be delegated to.
An alternative was promissed.I agreed,cld only send list of names at later moment.I sent list,got a reply:our hotel is sold (no communication!).At the end (some more time passed),I got to know that she had cancelled the alternative since I hadn't sent my name list immediately after having agreed to alternative.She promissed she'd look again.I never got news,e.mails stayed unreplied,phone calls weren't returned.By accident,two days before my groups departure,I got to know that they hadn't been able to find anything.I was lucky enough to get great support from the tourist office,I cld house my people.But not ever would I at any time support any of the establishments of this family again.This is no service level,this is pure arrogance and should not be supported.
Besides,I did hear some stories of other large companies experiencing the same!
