“A great German original - hotel and owner”

We stayed at the hotel several times while being in Willingen. The location is just off the main strip of Willingen and the hotel is very traditional in its decor. The staff all wears tradition German "dirndl', which is very charming. But you have to meet Walter, the owner and chef of the place. A twisted and perfectly curled-up mustache fits this passionate Harley Davidson owner and driver like nothing else. He always makes us feel welcome and if you happen to bring your motorcycle, he might end up showing you the beautiful countryside of the mountainous region. We had a great time, the food was excellent (home baked cakes!!) and we will come back. Thanks for providing us with a great stay, Walter.
