This hotel really was NOT worth visiting.

They claim to have very varied meals, but in fact we stayed 7 days and the buffet was allways the same (very little).

Also, the rooms are quite old and the garden is NOT maintained. There is a minigolf, but I don't think anyone will play golf there in the near future.

Die Buchung der Zimmer der Kategorien "Komfort Haus 1" und "Komfort Plus" garantiert die Unterbringung im Haupthaus (Haus 1). Sehr geehrter Herr B., wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie von Ihrem Aufenthalt bei uns enttäuscht waren. Die Außenansicht unseres Gebäudes ist in der Tat wenig anschaulich. Jedoch können wir daran kurzfristig leider nichts ändern. Wir haben uns dazu entschlossen, die Renovierungsarbeiten im Innneren vor die der Fassade zu stellen, da unsere Gäste dabei einen größeren Nutzen haben. Durch die Größe und Weitläufigkeit unserer Anlage haben die Gäste viele Möglichkeiten, welche kleinere Hotels nicht bieten können. Der Grundaufbau unseres Hotels ist auf dem Lageplan, den man auf der Startseite unserer Website findet, zu sehen. Sollten die Zimmer sowie unserer Restaurantleistungen nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen haben, bedauern wir dies. Wir gehen den von Ihnen angesprochenen Punkten nach.
