This hotel is completely outdated, the service is rubbish, food never gourmet and the wellness not that brilliant. Stayed for 7 nights with breakfast and dinner. The first evening had to wait more than 1 hour for main course. The appointments for the wellness treatments were messed up and the massages only lasted 20 minutes. The rooms are old and 70's style with view to the parking lot and the sheets had holes and on the balcony were old cigarettes. The meals were almost identical and it seems that they use stuff from the freezer. A restaurant does not exist you can only choose from one 3 course dinner. The ambience is depressing and the staff is not very friendly. The receptionist had to serve dinner in the evening as well. I would sum this place up as 'FAWLTY TOWERS' style.

“Bad quality of service. Questions by email are not answered”
During the whole week I am trying to get contact for an answer to my questions.
But it's very quite the whole week. This answer is very important for me, before I make the reservation. I am wondering how the service will be, when I will book this hotel ??
