We stayed here twice. The first time was summer 2009 and we had an appartment in the attic. We really liked it. The next summer we got the same appartment-with building site right next door! The hotel was undergoing a refurbishment, which we hadn't been told about. Every morning we were awakened at 7.30a.m. by the noise of the builders hammering etc. They often walked over our roof and one time a worker even tried to close one of our skylight windows! Seeing a hairy pair of men's legs at the skylight window above me was not what I needed to relax. The fridge also didn't work properly and we had to bin everything we had in it. Hopefully this has been rectified. The garden was also not ideal to relax in, with the workmen, noise etc. By now this should have all been finished, but it defintely did not make for a relaxing vacation!
