This is a lovely hotel on the cliff in Meersburg, Germany. Most rooms have balconies overlooking Bodensee with a table and chairs. It appears to be a family run business. There is free outdoor parking, or pay garage parking. The breakfast had an amazing array of food choices; they would bring you whatever you wanted to drink. They also had free afternoon high tea/coffee. The rooms were very nicely appointed. I spent 3 very happy nights there. They had wired internet in the room or a computer for the use of guests, no extra charge. They also had honor system refrigerators in the lobby, take what you want to drink--soft drinks, beer, wine, and just note it down and pay when you leave. The only downside is that it is above Meersburg; its a fairly quick walk down into town but it is a lot of steps if mobility is a problem. On the plus side, you get the great view and total quiet at night.

Sensational beautiful and clean hotel, very friendly staff, warm welcome and worth to visit.
Good breakfast in the morning. It is not possible to have diner in the evening, but just around the corner in this beautiful city there are so many good restaurants where you can eat till late in the evening, no problem at all.

Facility was wonderfully located. Room simple but very clean. Room had a wonderfuly view over the city and vinyards. Dinning room was elegant and presented breakfast offerings in tasteful manner. Unfortunately the entire area had a layer of pollution/"smog" which obstructed our view of lake and surrounding region. I would check visibility conditions before going again.
Hotel mileu was rather "stuffy". Staff seemed overly concerned about conserving electricity (telling me to turn off lights at computer station when I was finished )and condition of our room upon departure. The senior lady in charge presented more as a "dorm mom" rather than a hostess.
A bit over priced for product received.
