Pros- Beautiful "villa", fairly new and modern. Very clean, nice beds, fluffy towels. The best part is the view of the town and harbor from your balcony. After a day in town, it was wonderful to grab a beer or bottle of wine from the fridge downstairs, go to your balcony and just enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with lots of good choices. Free internet and parking right outside were nice bonuses. 10-15 min walk to town center. Away from the noise and crowds.
Cons- If I had to say any, it would be that in some ways the place felt like a B&B. You definitely felt you were in Madame's house and she was around alot. It didn't bother us, but could bother others. She also seemed overly concerned about the age of our "children" who are (legal) adults.

We wanted to have a quiet two days in one of Germany´s lovliest lake side towns. This hotel was perfect.
The view over he lake enabled us to chill out after the long flights. The town is beautiful in the evenings with the "Altstadt" being so close, bars, discos, the river ...all a perfect charm.
The people are very nice and friendly..the rooms nicely decorated.

We enjoyed it very much

Located on an elevated position about a 15 minute walk from the main centre of Meers burg, we were very pleased to have booked this lovely hotel. A real feeling of calm and elegance greeted us, our room had a spectacular view of Lake Constance and we were very tempted to book another night had we not planned to travel further afield. Ate in a very good italian restaurant that evening and enjoyed a drink in a cafe further up in the village.

This is a lovely hotel on the cliff in Meersburg, Germany. Most rooms have balconies overlooking Bodensee with a table and chairs. It appears to be a family run business. There is free outdoor parking, or pay garage parking. The breakfast had an amazing array of food choices; they would bring you whatever you wanted to drink. They also had free afternoon high tea/coffee. The rooms were very nicely appointed. I spent 3 very happy nights there. They had wired internet in the room or a computer for the use of guests, no extra charge. They also had honor system refrigerators in the lobby, take what you want to drink--soft drinks, beer, wine, and just note it down and pay when you leave. The only downside is that it is above Meersburg; its a fairly quick walk down into town but it is a lot of steps if mobility is a problem. On the plus side, you get the great view and total quiet at night.
