I stayed in the Primula at Schweinfurt the week of 5 May thru 9 May 2008 while on business. I had to check out at 0600 in order to be to Frankfurt in time to catch my flight back to the states. The gentleman working the front desk initially didn't know how to check me out. After fiddling with the computer he finally produced my bill and took back the room key. Later I discovered he had not properly cleared me and the Primiula told my boss I had checked out without paying. I have now called SIX times over the last five days in an effort to rectify the matter. Twice the individual working the front desk didn't know how to do billing and asked me to call back. The last four times the person answering the phone spoke little English and asked me to call back at a later time or date as apparently the only person at the Primula who could help me was either gone or in a meeting. This is sub-par service.
