This is an ideal example of European three-star hotels. Nothing fancy, but a very comfortable room, nice service, for a great value. The location is a bit of a drive from the Autobahn (5-10 minutes) but you're at the edge of the Altstadt (Old City) that is safe to walk around at night. If you're touring any of Bavaria between Munich and Nuremburg, it's an excellent base of operations (also for flying out of MUC - it's about 35-40 minutes north of the airport). If you're looking for a comfortable room with friendly, casual (but efficient) service for a good price, you would be well-off here!

classical 3 star hotel at the center of Ingolstadt. Quite new, a bit impersonal, but confortable and with good relation quality/price. Just 5 minutes away walking from the city center. The breakfast is quite good for the price, quite varied and sweet salted offer, for all kind of nationalities. Parking on the street is for free on Sundays. The rest of days a parking is available opposite to the hotel for 8EUR/day. The parking at the hotel is a bit more expensive.

I enjoyed this one. It's not huge, family owned and the staff do a good job. Rooms were immaculate, in fact almost clinically so. Excellent breakfast but no restaurants, but you can simply stroll into town for a bite. As usual with inner city hotels, the rooms on the streetside can be a little noisy.
