Stayed 3 nights in Neuss for business. This was my first time in Europe and I wasn't for sure what to expect. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were small but I was told to expect that. Later found out that a lot of hotel rooms are just big enough to get the job down. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was good (breakfast and dinner). The price as very reasonable. The location to the city (Neuss was nice and it wasn't to far a drive to Dusseldorf. All in all, a good stay. I would definately stay here again for business.

The hotel location, room quality didn't meet my expectation. The hotel security is not good. Towels had very bad smells too. I don't recommend this hotel at all and I will not ever think to stay in this hotel.....

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. The location is 40 minutes by public transportation from Dusseldorf. The staff at the check-in was pleasant to deal with. I told her that I prepaid for my first night stay and she immediately told me that I did not even though I showed her my reservation details. Anway, I did not argue and decided to just deal with it when I check out (BTW, I did not get credited for the 1 night stay). She told me and my colleagues that the breakfast was included but it wasn't instead I got automatically charged for two breakfast because I stayed in a bedroom with two singles. It took them a while to finally figure out that there was only one guest that stayed in the room. There was no iron in the room, I had to go to another floor in a common room to use it - there were two ironing boards available for the guests hotel to use. They had a good breakfast selection and the service was great. It is better to stay and pay the extra money to stay right in Dusseldorf.
