“Nice location but room decoration was not refurbished for 30 years”

I had booked a room for 5 persons and was granted a nice appartment with plenty of space as a duplex with balcony.
The receptionist was very kind and nice.
Prices are not cheap at all, but dividing by 5 we ended up by paying about CHF 70 per person per night, including tax and breakfast, which is not unreasonable.
I was very shocked to notice that kitchen and bathroom had probably not been refurbished at all since the 1970's! Not nice. The decoration overall is very old fashion.
Other than that, the free access to the salted indoor pool was very nice. My comment would be to say it is really a pity that it closes down by 7pm sharp. Why is that ?
Finally, the buffet breakfast was nice, plenty of food including great fresh bread.

“Great place for relaxing and visiting the Aletsh”

Went there for 2 nights with an offer that included room, breakfast and dinner. With access to the spa/salty swimming pool and so.
The place is old, but renewed, not trendy at all but the rooms are hugh. They have a kitchen a table with chairs, bed, a sofa with tv... very good, clean and renewed, but as I said do not expect cool design and nice furniture...
The place is very nice.
They have a pretty big swimming pool with salty water, with jacuzzi and jets,
The restaurant is at 50m from the hotel. They provided a regular dinner (nothing special) and a candle menu (with a lot of little dishes).
