Regarding a 4 stars hotel, I have been surprised and disappointed to see that after 8H00pm there was no reception available, and if it was not mandatory to advise or book for evening dinner in the morning it was strongly recommended.
Personal for service is very friendly, even if probably not at expected level for a 4 star again. We got one dinner and at the end quality was very good. Breakfast is at same level that any low level ranked hotel.
We arrived on Monday afternoon and restaurant kept closed until Tuesday evening when a group of people arrived for a seminar and created enough people to let restaurant hotel open. However as backup l'Auberge Cavalière is directly accessible and providing a very good service.
Room was very nice, large and concept based on individual "mas" is very nice. However, regarding rooms located along road linking Saintes Maries de la Mer to Arles, they are very noisy and definitely not what we can expect for this kind of hotel. In addition noise isolaion in between rooms is also very poor.
However hotel environement is very nice, and located very close by les Saintes Maries de la Mer which makes it very conveient.
