“CRAP HOTEL and not interested in the customer welfare”

I would not let my dog stay in this hotel. Caught out by bad weather we were obliged to take a hotel. Booked in at 20.00 without looking at the room, went back after a meal and had the shock of our life.
Filthy dirty room, wall as thin a paper, and the room was dreadfully dirty. An alarm in the room next door went off at 05.00hours. I refused to have a shower, because even the curtain was filthy. Chips out off the bath. All the dispensers of the toilet room accesories war either non existent or hanging off the wall. But the biggest shock was in the morning when we pulled back the curtain and saw all the mould growth around the window frame. I have all the photo's and would not recommend this hotel. When I complained they said that the hotel is being refreshed and under new management; So I wrote to the head office and they said. They are not responsible, it is a franchise. MY DOGS KENNEL IS CLEANER. Continued
